Created in Paris in 2016 by Louis Martin and Marine Madelande (association Food Sweet Food) in partnership with the UNHCR. The Festival invites refugee chefs to cook in Michelin-starred restaurants for a week, telling their story through their cuisine. Now in 20+ cities worldwide: Lyon, Brussels, London, Beirut, Cape Town, Montreal. 2,000+ refugee chefs participated.
