One quarter may call for someone who has already built what you are beginning. Another for someone who sees your situation from an entirely different field, culture or geography.

A team that knows you
We begin by understanding your priorities, upcoming decisions and areas of exploration. The CHNGMKR team stays with you all year.
Four tailored encounters
Every quarter, we identify the changemaker most relevant to what you are facing. You receive a clear recommendation explaining why this person, why now and what the conversation could unlock.
Arranged by hand
CHNGMKR handles the research, selection, briefing, coordination and warm introduction. Both sides arrive prepared, so the conversation can begin where it matters.

After each encounter, we look at what changed and use it to sharpen the next one. The four meetings form a personal journey through the year.
A global map, starting close to home.
The cartography is global, but your Season starts around you: we look for the right changemakers near where you live and work, and curate the four meetings as close to you as possible.
How we keep the footprint low
We measure the travel footprint of every Season, and we look first for encounters you can reach by train or other low-carbon transport. Flying stays for the ones that truly deserve it. That choice saves you time, and it keeps Season consistent with the low-carbon way we want to work.

What a Season covers, exactly
Who it covers. One person, or a team of up to ten people sharing the same Season. Everyone on the team can join the four encounters.
Which changemakers. A Season covers levels 1 to 3 on the CHNGMKR rate card. Meeting someone higher stays possible: you top up the difference on their rate, and the plan stays as it is. Each fee goes to the changemaker directly, without our margin. See the rate card
What it does not include. Travel, accommodation and meals are yours to arrange and are never billed by us.
Your membership shares the value it creates.
Sharing starts with the encounters themselves. With Season, as with every Meet encounter, each meeting is billed at the changemaker's own rate on the CHNGMKR rate card, and that fee goes to them directly, without our margin.
How the trust shares value
The trust model comes on top. CHNGMKR is building a community trust: every year, at least 10% of our contribution margin goes back to the people who make it, split 50 / 25 / 25 between the curators who reveal changemakers, the changemakers themselves, and the projects they lead.
