CHNGMKR is building a community knowledge trust. Each year, a defined share of the value it creates flows back to the people who make it: the curators who reveal changemakers, the changemakers themselves, and the projects they lead.

CHNGMKR shares at least 10% of its contribution margin with the community each year. Once the platform is financially secure, that share is topped up to reach 50% of its distributable profit in total.
