A Marseille social enterprise training people excluded from employment, refugees, those leaving prison, people with addictions, as professional cooks in a real restaurant. 'Les Beaux Mets' means 'beautiful dishes', the model is uncompromising: training is rigorous and the food is genuinely excellent. Graduates are placed in partnering restaurants across the region.
