Florian Guillaume: “Packaging you can eat or compost from seaweed feels like common sense we somehow forgot.”
A London material science startup making fully biodegradable packaging from seaweed and plants. Co-founded by Pierre Paslier and Rodrigo García González, former Royal College of Art students inspired by the edible skin of citrus fruit. Won the Earthshot Prize in 2022. Ra
