Founded in Brussels in 2005, Rotor is a collective of architects and researchers who question how our material environment is organised. Before building, they investigate: material flows, salvage channels, the resellers that have vanished from city centres. In 2016 came Rotor Deconstruction, a cooperative owned by its employees, which dismantles, processes and resells elements from large demolition sites.
