Each meeting creates value, and that value is shared with those who made it possible. Curators are rewarded for the changemakers they bring into the map. Changemakers are paid for the time, knowledge and perspective they share. Part of the value created then goes either to them directly, or to the organizations and causes they choose to support. The map becomes more than a place to discover inspiring people. It becomes a new way to recognize, connect and support them.
